Challenges Facing Needy FamiliesIn Istanbul, thousands of Arab refugees face harsh realities due to low wages and high living costs, which hinder their ability to secure basic needs such as housing, food, healthcare, and education. This situation leads to negative phenomena like children dropping out of school, early marriage of girls, and overcrowded living conditions, threatening family stability and pushing them toward despair.

Solutions and Goals: Building a Better Future
To address these challenges, the "Ghaith Al-Khair" project provides monthly support to families, conducts regular field visits to monitor their conditions, organizes clothing fairs at nominal prices, and distributes food baskets during seasons and holidays.
The project aims to support 30 needy families (150 individuals) of Arab refugees in Istanbul, specifically in the areas of Esenyurt, Beylikdüzü, Avcılar, and Fatih, to alleviate their burdens and empower them to become self-reliant, whether by returning to their home countries or integrating honorably into Turkish society.

Sustainability and Impact
The project strives for continuity until families can rely on themselves, depending on donation campaigns and partnerships with other organizations.

Success Indicators
The project’s success is measured through indicators such as 80% of the families’ children returning to education, 100% compliance with the legal marriage age for girls, and the absence of criminal records among family members. These indicators are verified through field visits and ongoing follow-up reports.

Risk Mitigation
The project anticipates risks such as funding shortages, benefits reaching ineligible recipients, or non-compliance by some families. These risks are mitigated through partnerships with other organizations, data verification, and discontinuing support for families found to be deceitful or non-compliant.

Annual Project Budget
The budget amounts to $28,945 USD.
